Refund Policy

• R3 Factory will refund you the product amount (excluding shipping fees + cost of return) in full after verifying the product.

• Cash on delivery amount will be transferred to the wallet or bank account within 7 days after verifying the product.

• Credit/Debit card amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card after verifying the product as per the bank policy.

• Following the return process and after post verification of the returned item, the refund shall be initiated.
