Previously, customers didn't know where to go for sales, repairs, or even to confidently buy a used item. In the five years since we started, we have made significant progress in the direction of the desired impact. We have acquired tens of thousands of devices, repaired, upgraded, and resold them, reducing eWaste and providing end users with financial savings. The parameters listed below provide a general idea of what we have accomplished over the past five years, though it is only the beginning.

The R3 Factory's Great Story
The R3 Factory story began when a few more members joined who shared the same beliefs and helped make story a grand reality.
How did it all begin?
We began the journey in 2017 by importing used phones from the UAE to Nigeria. We quickly came to the conclusion that there was a much larger gap in the UAE itself, where residents themselves needed a way to repair, sell used, and buy reliable technology. As a result, R3 Factory was founded in January 2018 with a focus on the UAE. We began purchasing ageing, RMA-eligible, and defective stock from eCommerce, OEMs, and businesses and then selling it to end users and traders after it had undergone repairs and testing. We wanted to complete it all using the right system and work flow. We painstakingly created the procedures that accomplish the goal. Our team initially consisted of three people, and at this point, there are about 14 of us working toward the same objective.
We at R3 Factory are on a life mission of making the mother earth greener and people happier by reducing, recycling, and renewing electronic gadgets.
